Well, another leak location in the books.
This was a case where the homeowner has already paid near $2000 for repairs!
They ran a cam down the line, replaced the pump and pressure tested.
How you do these tests determines the accuracy of the test.
Leak located within a foot.

Hats off to an orleans swimming pool store for telling a customer (one of ours) that if the chlorine was low, they had to add salt not chlorine!
Thankfully they called me to make sure and they were given the proper information.
Salt is the 'light switch'. If there's enough, system is on. If your chlorine is low, turn the output up or add some granular.

This one was a bit tricky as there were substantial repairs needed to the grout. Also, while measuring, we found the diagonals off it 3" and the pool was narrower at shallow than deep end.

Ooh it's chilly out this morning. That means your heated pool will have higher evaporation.
When I see 'steam' rising, it's more like $$$. I don't use a bubble blanket since I'm too old to roll it up and roll it out!
I also love watching my liquid solar cover spread out over the pool and stop the $$$ from leaving.
The nice thing is that its an enzyme base so no greasy film, in fact, enzymes break down the other greases and oils so no scum line and filter works better.

So everyone is saying HAPPY CANADA DAY.
All I hear is have a great day at work in the 90⁰ weather. Lol.
Today i will be installing a guardian swimming pool fence in the crystal beach area.

To me a safe pool is more important than having the day off.

Oh. On that note, the Casselman, Ontario store will be closed today.

I was a wee bit ahead of schedule this morning so I decided to stop for breakfast. I'm still boycotting tim hortons and don't do mcd so, I went into the new farm boy (in greely?)
I was going to grab something unhealthy to munch on then discovered a display of hot breakfast items! Amazing.
I ended up with the 'meat lover' sandwich. Commercial block of egg, bacon slice, sausage patty and a healthy slice of peameal bacon. Top that with a slice or real cheese on a bun.
Well worth the $4.99
