The Chair. We All Have One.

Every home has that ONE chair that hasn't been sat on since 2022.
It's not a chair anymore. It's a wardrobe.

Be honest… do you have THE chair in your bedroom? 👀
👍 Yes, and it's overflowing!
❤️ No, I'm suspiciously organized.

🏡✨ WHAT IS A PRE-LISTING CLEAN?

First impressions matter, especially when selling your home!

A pre-listing clean is a presentation-focused cleaning service designed to help your home look its absolute best before it hits the market.

At Smart Space Cleaning Solutions, we focus on the details that make a difference:

✨ High-visibility surfaces
✨ Kitchens & bathrooms
✨ Mirrors & glass
✨ Floors & finishing touches
✨ Overall cleanliness & presentation

📸 Before the photos. Before the showings. Before the open house.

A fresh, clean, polished home helps create a welcoming first impression and allows buyers to focus on the home itself.

Whether you're a homeowner preparing to sell or a REALTOR® getting a listing market-ready, we're here to help!

We all have one… the “I’ll get to it” list. 😅

☐ Wipe the baseboards
☐ Clean behind the appliances
☐ Tackle the shower glass
☐ Dust those spots nobody looks at… until they do 👀
☐ Deep clean the kitchen
☐ And that one job that’s been on the list since… we won’t talk about it. 😂

Here’s your reminder: you don’t actually have to get to it. We can. 🧽✨

Hand over the cleaning list and spend your time on something you’d actually like to get to.

🌟 EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH – CHANTELLE! 🌟

Congratulations to Chantelle, our Employee of the Month! 🥳

Chantelle recently stepped in to help us with a clean that wasn’t even assigned to her. She stayed longer than planned to make sure the job was completed properly, even though it meant she nearly missed a personal appointment. She is always friendly, willing to help, and goes the extra mile by adding helpful information and updates on Jobber, something that makes a big difference to the whole team.

Thank you, Chantelle, for your dedication, positive attitude, and for always being willing to help where needed. We truly appreciate you!
Well deserved! 🏆
