In addition, he has extensive experience managing work crews from working in various leadership roles. Natalie worked in human resource management and customer service roles for over 20 years, including a role as the controller of a local construction company for over 10 years. Through this experience, she developed strong knowledge of the construction industry and excellent business management and administrative skills. ACE possess a strong network of connections in the local community and will leverage their connections to secure contracts through word-of-mouth. The owners have been busy meeting with prospective customers and building a strong pipeline of business for the 2017 operating season. Most recently, ACE successfully secured and completed a contract for a local College in North Bay, exceeding the client’s expectations and proving its capabilities.
