A client I’ve had since I opened has small kiddos, and I always make their beds and set up their stuffies as a little extra for them to come home to.

Today I found this sweet little note on top of their daughter’s bed with a hamper of clothes to be put away in her closet. I laughed so hard seeing this, because she’s obviously a little genius getting out of putting away her laundry! 🤣🤣

It also made my whole day. The fact that this little girl knew I was coming today, and that I’d make her bed for her, and she thought to leave me a note to help with her closet. It might just be the cutest thing I’ve ever seen.

Ps. I did in fact clean her closet and put her clothes away before I made her bed. I hope that it also makes her day just like it did mine 🤍🥹🧼

This one took a ton of elbow grease, a whole lot of microfibre cloths, and patience. A new appreciation for my tiny crevice tools was earned today!

That’s the whole point of maintenance cleans — keeping your home at a maintenance level so things don’t get to the point of needing an overwhelming deep clean later on.

Even when something already looks clean, I’m still hitting every surface top to bottom. Consistent upkeep saves hours of scrubbing down the road.

And honestly? There’s something so satisfying about walking into a home and seeing my work still sparkling a week or two later like, “yup… I cleaned that.” 😌

Whether your home needs regular maintenance or some extra elbow grease, I’m here for both. 🫧

People always say, ‘I can clean my whole bathroom in an hour, it shouldn’t take you too long”
Meanwhile I’m over here detailing clients electric toothbrushes like it owes me money. 😂

This is the difference between a quick tidy and a true clean. It’s the tiny spots, buildup, and hidden grime that take time — and always make the biggest difference in the end. 🫧

ONE MONTH of officially running my cleaning business 🧽✨

Honestly, I don’t even know where to start. I’m SO incredibly grateful for every single person who has supported me this past month — my amazing clients, my routine maintenance clients, deep clean clients, and everyone who has liked, shared, recommended, or cheered me on in any way.

Also a huge thank you to other local cleaners who have answered my endless questions, shared advice, encouraged me, and helped me more times than I can count. I’ve learned more in one month than I ever thought possible about cleaning… and I’ve definitely stayed up way too late researching things I never imagined I’d be researching 😂

This first month being fully booked absolutely blew me away, and I’m beyond thankful for the crazy busy start.

And to my family — thank you for listening to the self doubt, the stress, the “what if I can’t do this” moments, and for giving me daily pep talks. Seeing my kids ask “who’s next on your schedule?” and getting excited to see before & after pictures has honestly been one of my favourite parts of this whole journey 🥹

Lastly… special shoutout to my heating pad, Epsom salt baths, and my massage therapist for carrying me through month one 💀😂

Here’s to learning more, growing more, and scrubbing more things that I probably shouldn’t enjoy cleaning so much 🫶
