Ok , I need names of house cleaning ladies that I can refer clients to that are not on my monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm cleaning list . I will no longer be working weekends or evenings unless otherwise agreed upon and special charges apply . I do not do outside window cleaning and will not carpet clean. I can not accommodate anyone that wants once a month or every 6 weeks because of my regular clients because they are very important to me with the exceptions of a chosen few and I mean few .I will be taking holidays and I will inform you atleast two weeks in advance if possible... my daughter is expecting July 10th and I will be there for her . My grandson will be visiting this summer and I will be available for him also , same for my children and my husband. My husband and I plan on traveling more , camping more and living a life that matters.

One whole year in the cleaning business , wow! Thats gone incredibly fast. There has been so many cleanings !! And I have met so many great people. I considered taking time away for another job but ...no I love my clients and I don't like the idea of leaving them . This year has been ups and downs but mostly ups 😃 alot of my regulars have been with me throughout this first year and I am so grateful. In order to grow in business and as a human I need feed back . How has your experience been with momma Lisa's cleaning services?please leave a comment weather its good , bad , or ugly. I look forward to this next year with my wonderful amazing clients.

Yesterday I wrote about a potential cleaning client asking for a discount. Well to let you know i am not greedy or hard assed I try to go above and beyond . I gave away a deep stove cleaning to a client for valentines day . The client is a single mom with 3 kids and works full time , she hires me when she can afford it and I truly appreciate her business. Now I am thinking about having a summer giveaway that a friend suggested to do a whole free house cleaning with her help ( volunteering our time ) i am not sure yet how this will look ... but it will definitely be for someone that needs it and i am hoping to enlist a few more volunteers to help . No its not always about the money its about paying it forward and living your best life ❤️

Yesterday I went to tisdale and gave one of my clients a free oven cleaning . I had given a way this service as a valentines day gift . This service is offered in a deep cleaning/ move in or out package as it's takes longer ( this one took about 2 hrs ) and is normally $50 per hour with a 3 hr min . The client was absolutely thrilled to see the results .

Spring is almost here ! For all my regular customers I am offering some select Saturdays in March , April and may for deep cleaning. I know I come do my weekly , bi weekly or monthly cleanings but that is surfaces a deep cleaning is walls , baseboards , appliances and light fixtures window ledges anything that is over and above our agreed upon cleaning. This service is $ 50 per hour but so worth it ! We all lead very very busy lives and as a solo cleaner i notice things that you may not or just don't have the time to do . If interested please reach out ASAP as I have limited spaces.
