Even the mighty Oreck Orbiter needs a little help on these heavily stained Berber Carpets. We find sometimes putting our foot down on the top of the orbiter increases the weight of the machine and allows for better stain removal. After this agitation process we extract the remaining soil using hot water and a rinsing agent.
This client contacted us extremely upset because several other companies told her that the carpets were too dirty. She said her feet were turning black walking in her own house. She was extremely grateful when we were done the job, feeling like she could be in her own home without feeling dirty.
