Positions Available:
🔹 Lead Hand
🔹 Equipment Operator

We’re looking for someone who:
✔️ Has experience in construction, excavation, or septic work (preferred)
✔️ Works well independently and as part of a team
✔️ Has a strong work ethic and takes pride in doing quality work
✔️ Is punctual, dependable
✔️ Can work outdoors in a fast-paced environment

What you’ll be doing:
• Septic system installations and repairs
• Excavation and grading
• Landscaping and site work
• Operating heavy equipment (Operator position)
• Leading and assisting crews on job sites (Lead Hand position)
