The BCCCA Christmas Luncheon was held on December 13th, 2016. Participants enjoyed Turkey dinner with all the trimmings. It was a magical afternoon with entertainment by Magician Stephen Kaplan AKA Doktor Strange. Raffle proceeds were donated to Union Gospel Mission.

"Thank Your Cleaner Day went very well". The entire management team was in the field to meet cleaners. We met close to a 100 cleaners and gave out Tim Horton's cards and a personalized thank you card.

"I would like to recognize the cleaners, especially the cleaner at the Emergency Department - she is so helpful, and always smiling... In a department like Emergency the smile goes along way.
As well as the gentlemen on the polisher he does a great job."
