✨ Starting Pay:
• Cleaners: $18.00/hour
• Head Cleaners: $19.25/hour
At The Cottagely Cleaners, we specialize in Airbnb, cottage, and residential cleaning. We work in teams, provide all cleaning supplies, and offer opportunities for growth within the company.

• Ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Must have a working smartphone
• Must be dependable and professional
🧼 What You’ll Do:
• Clean cottages, Airbnbs, and homes to hotel-level standards
• Work alongside team members efficiently
• Use our company app for scheduling, communication, training, and shift updates
• Complete checklists and quality standards at every property
📱 Everything is managed through our app:
• Apply directly through the app
• Book your interview
• Accept or decline shifts
• Chat with management
• View schedules and updates
• Complete training and onboarding
We provide:
✔ All cleaning supplies
✔ Team support & training
✔ Weekly payroll
✔ Paid travel time from designated meeting points until the final cottage is completed
✔ Opportunities for advancement into management and Head Cleaner positions
🧺 Requirements:
• Comfortable shoes & scrubs/clothes suitable for cleaning
• Reliable transportation to meeting locations
• Must be prepared to work in teams
• Must maintain professional communication
Training is provided by management and experienced cleaners. We also complete regular quality checks and provide ratings and feedback to help cleaners improve and grow within the company.
