What a start to the week! This Nanoose Bay beauty backs onto Fairwinds GC and the way it does so is with a 250 foot plus driveway down and around the corner from the roadside. Just about 4000 sq feet of aggregate concrete. That’s about 5 times the size of a regular drive. I even got to refresh their address rock boulder that showed off its great veining and red highlights. A great job that started at the road and worked down to the house. Thanks to the wonderful homeowners who gave me this opportunity. Just having “a blast” with this venture!!!

Another great week and amazing before and after transformations. The star of the week is this executive rancher with the most square footage I have cared for this season. Moss and built up organics are removed and the aggregate is left looking new.

Here is a great example of the results of softwashing vinyl siding when it’s done right, with the correct chemicals and low pressure. In our climate, with warmer winter temps, high humidity, and low sunlight, mold, algae, and general organic growth can really take hold on siding. Proper process will ensure a great result. On this wonderful home, the homeowner was very happy with the final outcome and the white vinyl really pops. Happy Friday! Worked on a lovely Parksville home this week which is getting ready to be listed for sale. Triple wide driveway, nice entry walkway to front door, with lovely twin patios in the back, and a sidewalk with grooved driveway entry. The homeowner was very pleased with the result. If you know of anyone listing their home, let them know that I would love the opportunity to work with them to get their exterior surfaces looking their best!!!
