Classic Clean
•Scrubbing of the bathtubs &
showers
•Scrubbing Kitchen sink
• 1 load of Dishes + Laundry each
•Kitchen Cupboard wipe down
•High touch surface clean
•Windows & ledges
•Exterior of Kitchen Appliances
$120-$160
Based on approximate 4 hour duration
Extensive package
Referred to as a thorough deep clean.
•Internal & External of stove, oven, fridge, microwave
*Client must provide preferred Stainless Steele cleaner
•Scrubbing of baseboards
*Please note: moving heavy furniture & large appliances that exceed 100 pounds will not be feasible unless requested and assistance can be given or moved prior to this service)
•Wiping down/dusting hard to reach or non-frequently used areas and surfaces.
•Removal of objects/products from cupboards and drawers. Wiping them down and scrubbing the storage space down.
160$ - $220 (per session)
based on an approximate 7-8 hour time duration
I take an immense amount of pride in my work. To ensure I have done my absolute best this may take multiple sessions. If the entire home needs an extensive cleaning it will be managed on a room by room basis. The order of rooms to be cleaned will be determined on which is highest priority to the client. Basic & Classic packages can be altered to accommodate my clients desires and demands. When hired for an extensive clean the main priority will be to accomplish the larger most time consuming tasks first. A consultation will be essential prior to making any final decisions on prices. During the consultation please expect a “walk through” of your home and an “inventory” of your cleaning supplies and devices/appliances. Prices may be subject to change based on number and size of rooms and the current state of cleanliness. A 15$ surcharge is to be applied if I need supply my products vacuum & mop.
