Muskoka Lakes Cleaning Crew

Residential & Short-Term Rental Cleaners

This is not a “sit in one building all day” job. Our team travels to cottages and homes throughout Gravenhurst, Bracebridge, Port Carling, Lake of Bays, and surrounding areas.

What a typical day looks like:

* Arrive at a cottage around 9:30–10:00 AM
* Complete a turnover clean before the next guests arrive
* Make 8–15 beds depending on the property
* Clean 3–6 bathrooms
* Vacuum and wash floors
* Restock guest supplies
* Take photos if something is damaged or missing
* Move to the next property and repeat

Some days we finish by mid-afternoon. On busy weekends, especially during summer turnovers, we may work until early evening.

What we’re looking for
* Monday–Sunday availability
* A reliable vehicle is strongly preferred
* Someone who can consistently lift laundry bags, cleaning bins, and supplies
* Someone who notices details, for example, fingerprints on stainless steel, hair in a shower, or sand tracked onto a freshly mopped floor
* Someone comfortable working independently after training

What this job is NOT
* It is not sitting in one location all day
* It is not a “quick wipe down” cleaning job
* It is not ideal for someone who needs a highly predictable schedule every day

Pay is based on experience, reliability, and how quickly you can work without sacrificing quality. Strong cleaners who can handle larger cottages independently move toward the higher end of the range.

Our days have been starting before the sun comes up and ending long after it goes down.

Between luxury cottage deep cleans, fast-paced Airbnb turnovers, move-in and move-out cleans, post-construction cleaning, scheduling, rescheduling, meeting new clients, answering messages, training, stocking supplies, quality checks, and everything else that comes with running a growing cleaning company... there just hasn't been much time left for social media.

Ever had one of those Airbnb turnovers where you open the door and immediately question your life choices?

Like… you know you’re there to clean.But for a brief moment it feels more like a crime scene investigation.

First glance: not bad. Second glance: suspiciously not bad.Third glance (aka the truth): oh no.

We’re talking:
