NOW HIRING: Property Maintenance Crew Leader

📍 Muskoka (Bracebridge area meeting point)

Looking for a hands-on leader who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in quality work. You’ll be leading a small crew maintaining cottage properties.

💼 What You’ll Do:

Lead and supervise a small maintenance crew
Assess properties and determine what needs to be done
Lawn care, seasonal cleanups & general property upkeep
Operate equipment (mowers, trimmers, pressure washers)
Ensure jobs are completed safely and to a high standard
Communicate professionally with clients
Manage your time, and work independently
✅ What We’re Looking For:

Property maintenance experience (required)
Leadership or crew lead experience (preferred)
Strong time management & ability to work solo on occasion
Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
Experience with lawn equipment & power tools
Valid G license + reliable transportation
🌿 Bonus Skills (Assets):

Gardening / landscaping experience
Cottage or waterfront property experience
Valid Boater’s License
Seasonal maintenance knowledge (spring/fall cleanups)

Calm Waters Cleaning & Concierge is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Cleaning Crew Leader to oversee our team and ensure our high standards of quality are consistently met. If you’re a natural leader with a passion for creating clean, welcoming spaces, we want to hear from you!

Job Details:
• Pay: $28-$30/hour + Paid Mileage
• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
• Schedule: Day shifts, Monday to Friday, weekends as needed

Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead a team of cleaners to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and efficiently
• Conduct quality checks to maintain high cleaning standards
• Oversee daily operations, assigning duties and ensuring timelines are met
• Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
• Dust, mop, and vacuum
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
• Report maintenance issues

Requirements:
• Leadership experience in a cleaning or similar environment
• 2+ years of residential cleaning experience
• G2 or G Driver's License
• Own a reliable vehicle to travel to job sites
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
