ly prepared meal! I can also prepare food for the week and have healthy meals stored in your fridge or freezer. Just order your food in advance and I'll tell you what ingredients you need to have on hand; Then I'll prepare the food in your kitchen, and do all the clean-up after, as well as the regular house-hold chores you require. A variety of healthy meal options are available. Choose your service/s from cleaning only, cooking only, or both. All services $20 per hour.
