Hello everyone, hope you’re all having a great summer! I have a couple announcements;

Starting this fall I will be attending university!! With this big change in my life, I will be completely changing my schedule as I will only be able to work part time. I will contact all of my clients later on as I get my school schedule sorted out and things settled.

Because I will only be working part time, I am officially closing my vehicle detailing. I no longer offer this service.
And I am no longer taking ANY new clients!! I am fully booked as is and unfortunately cannot take on anymore with school starting.

Hi everyone! I just wanted to talk a bit about my policy for being sick. If you have anyone in your household that is sick of any kind, I ask that you please reschedule your appointment!!
This is starting to become an ongoing issue where clients are not canceling when there’s sickness in the home. I am mostly a solo worker and when I get sick and miss a week of work, I’m not only letting my clients down but it also greatly impacts my finances. Not to mention I’m in and out of many houses and can pass on illness to others as well. It’s SO important to keep each other healthy and look out for one another! So please make sure you’re canceling your cleaning appointment if you have sickness in your household, thank you so much for understanding 😊

*Note- I do NOT charge for last minute cancellations! 💕

Hi everyone, I hope you all had a lovely Easter Weekend! ✨

I have a couple of updates! Starting May 1st I will be raising my prices. This decision has not come lightly, but with the cost of living continuing to rise, I have no choice but to raise my prices. All of my clients will be told individually well ahead of time!! My new rates as of May 1st will be:

Residential/commercial cleaning: $30 per hour
Move out cleaning: $35 per hour
Vehicle detailing: $25 per hour

And starting in May I will be reopening my vehicle detailing for the summer!!

I also would just like to give a friendly reminder about my payment policy! I do have a same day payment policy no matter which service you have booked. Running a business comes with many costs such as fuel and cleaning supplies. It’s very important that I’m paid on time for my work so I can keep my business running smoothly! I appreciate your understanding 💕

Hi everyone, so because I caught a very bad cold and missed a week of work, I will no longer be taking a week off in January now! Holidays are postponed for a while longer, I hope you all stay healthy!! 🙂

Hello everyone!! The time has finally come for me to take a little break/holiday! I will be gone from December 31st to January 7th. All of my clients pre booked during that week will be notified, I just wanted to give an announcement with as much notice as possible!! Thank you for understanding 💕

Hello everyone!! I have just a few updates 🙂

•With things getting busier, I will now have a partner helping me on some of my busier days and bigger jobs! My billing will be a little different with 2 workers. I will be charging per hour, per worker. HOWEVER this does not mean there will be any changes to your usual bill! For example- if your regular clean takes me 4 hours, then it will take only 2 hours with 2 workers. And will be charged for 4 hours. The only difference is your clean will be completed quicker!! Any questions or concerns about this change please let me know! 😊

•With winter weather here now, safety is always top priority! If the weather is bad and roads are unsafe to travel, I will have to cancel cleanings. Sometimes this can be very short notice, so I would just like my clients to be aware of this as we enter the winter season ❄️

•I will now be implementing a travel charge policy. If you are located farther than 40km from Mortlach (roughly 30mins driving time) I will be adding a $20 flat travel fee to cover cost of fuel. Thank you for understanding! ✨

•As of now I will be closing my vehicle detailing for the winter! Unfortunately I do not have a heated garage to work from. However, if anyone has their own heated garage I can definitely still travel and detail 🙂

Hello everyone I have a few updates!!

*Slight policy update: ‘A minimum of 2 hours is required to book an appointment.’ I can not book appointments for less than 2 hours as I do not charge mileage at this time.

Unfortunately I have to raise the price for my vehicle detailing. I didn’t want to but with the cost of detailing products, I have to at this time! Vehicle detailing is now- $25/hr

I am no longer offering yard work as an additional service (with exception to those clients already booked) I will not be booking any future appointments for yard work. Only cleaning and detailing from now on 😊

I am also FULLY booked for October!! Thank you everyone 💕

Policies:
-I do require payments to be made on the same day as your service is completed, with up to 24 hours. Payments can be made by e-transfer, cash or cheque. *If payment is late for more than 3 cleans, or if I have to send more than 2 reminder messages for payment, all future cleans will be canceled. You will only be rescheduled on a pre-payment basis.*
-A minimum of 2 hours is required to book an appointment.
-I ask for 24 hours notice prior to cancellation. This allows me time to potentially book the open spot. However there will be NO cancellation fees as I understand things can happen out of our control.
-If you would like any additional services added to your clean such as oven clean or wall washing, please let me know PRIOR to your appointment. Some jobs require extra products or tools that I don’t always have on hand.
-If you or anyone in your household is sick by your appointment day, please contact me to reschedule your cleaning. I am a solo worker and if I get sick then I have to cancel all of my clients. Let’s help each other stay healthy ✨🧼

Finally upgraded the vacuum!! So thankful and so excited! Next on the list is a carpet cleaner 🤩 hopefully by the New Year I will have a new service to offer 😉 stay tuned!!

October openings are for recurring cleanings:
Mondays- all day open for weekly or biweekly cleanings
Tuesdays- afternoons open for biweekly cleanings

Hello everyone and welcome to my cleaning page!! The name is not official as I don’t have my business name yet. Soon to come 🙂

The services I offer are:
Residential/commercial cleaning- $25/hour
Full move out cleans- $30/hour
Vehicle detailing- $25/hour

Residential cleans include:
-Full dusting of all decor
-Baseboards, doors and trim
-Windows (glass and window sill, full windows including screens and tracks are additional service)
-Spot wash walls
-Furniture vacuumed/washed as needed
-Floors vacuumed and washed
-Kitchens include exterior of all appliances, full countertop wash down and dishes washed
-Bathrooms include tub, shower, sink and toilet, all mirrors and glass polished
-Garbage removal where necessary
*ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
-Full wall washing, top to bottom
-Full windows
-Inside appliances
-Light fixtures

Move out cleans include everything in a regular clean plus:
-Full wall washing
-Inside and out of all cupboards and drawers
-All reachable light fixtures
-Inside and out of all appliances including moving and cleaning behind
-Full windows

Vehicle detailing includes:
-Exterior washed and dried
-Interior vacuumed and cleaned
-Floor mats vacuumed/scrubbed as needed
-Fabric seats spot washed only, I do NOT offer steam cleaning at this time
