Sadly I must bring this to attention again.
My pricing is non negotiable, unless spoke about before the cleaning is provided.
Am I a cheap cleaner ? No. Nor should any good quality cleaner be.
The costs associated with running any business are high, especially in today's world.
The intense labor that goes into properly cleaning makes most cleaners worth their weight in gold.
Cleaning billing has always been per hour per employee.
Which means... if 2 employees are cleaning for 2 hours, it's 4 billed hours at whatever the wage is x2.
To make up your own invoice and " pay what you feel it's worth " is not only unacceptable but detrimental to any small business.
I strive to provide my clients the best and most thorough clean, I have always been willing to work within a budget if there is one. I will always be more than willing to be transparent with my clients.
This is often a thankless, gross job that isn't for the faint of heart.
I will say it always, I am blessed with amazing clients, but then there are some that not only give me less faith in humanity but cause me to think twice about offering a much needed service in the area. This is one of them.
