Après une longue carrière à l'Agence canadienne d'inspection des aliments, qui a duré 3

4 ans, j'ai pris ma retraite en 2021. Par la suite, j'ai créé FRUITSY, une entreprise de confitures santé. Aujourd'hui, j'ai décidé de lancer une petite entreprise de nettoyage de thermopompes (mini-split) nommée Al Clean It, avec l'objectif de servir le public de manière plus personnalisée et d'offrir un service professionnel de qualité. Originally from the Acadian Peninsula, more precisely near Lamèque, I worked from the age of 18 in the field of cleaning and sanitation in food processing plants. After a long career at the Canadian Food Inspection Agency, which spanned 34 years, I retired in 2021. Afterwards, I created FRUITSY, a healthy jam company. Today, I decided to start a small heat pump cleaning company (mini-split) called Al Clean It, with the goal of serving the public in a more personalized way and offering a quality professional service.
