✨ Part-Time Cleaner Needed – Airbnb, Residential & Commercial ✨

We’re currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented cleaner to join our team starting in May, with more hours available throughout the busy summer season ☀️

This role involves more than just cleaning — you’ll be working on a mix of Airbnb properties, residential homes, and some commercial spaces. Duties include cleaning, restocking, and making sure each space is set up to a high standard. Every property is a little different, so being open to learning is important!

What we’re looking for:
🚗 Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (most jobs are out of town)
🧽 Strong attention to detail
📅 Reliability and willingness to take shifts when available
📚 Willingness to learn different setups and expectations

Tidy Dee's is more than just a cleaning business to me. It's a legacy inspired by my mom, Denice. Growing up, our home was always immaculate - it was a joke that she couldn't sit still for a whole movie without cleaning or caring for someone 😊. As a PSW, and the love of cleaning, I share those same values - we love to help, and it's ingrained in me from watching my mom. My brother and I started Tidy Dee's while she was battling cancer, and we were eager to share our progress with her. We even got business cards ordered right away, plain font and all to show her the start of dream we'd hope to build. Even in her final months, she was still trying to tidy up for others - she'd clean my kitchen before I got home, knowing I’d be upset she didn’t just leave it and relax, just like she always did. Though she's no longer with us, her memory lives on through the values she instilled in me - reliability, honesty, and loyalty. She taught me the importance of a clean home for mental well-being, how it changes your whole outlook and makes life happier and easier. As a single mom myself, I strive to be as strong and resilient as she was being our families rock. Tidy Dee's isn't just about cleaning homes; it's about showing up, being dependable, and building trust. I'm not just building a business, I'm building a corporation founded on long-lasting friendships and hard work. If we don't do it, who will? I'm investing in a future I hope to pass down to my kids one day, and I hope it makes my mom proud.
