Installed in 2016, this project came with its own engineering challenges. Due to the increased bacteria and hair load from canine use, a specialized filtration approach was designed to help maintain commercial-level water quality and performance.

A purpose-driven installation focused on wellness, recovery, movement, and care for four-legged clients.

To ensure everything went off without a hitch, we stepped in to assist our dealer, My Aquatic Services, by meeting directly with the county health department to streamline the permit and confirmation process.

Not every challenge is visible at the surface.

This project involved a full renovation of a penthouse-level pool, including the installation of a HydroTher H800 Commercial Spa.

Working at this height meant every material had to be carefully planned—either fitting within an elevator or craned in through a window opening.

The existing pool shell required major structural repairs, along with a complete replacement of fittings, piping, and mechanical systems.

Once openings were made in the original shell, there was no room for error—everything had to be rebuilt and sealed to perform flawlessly for years to come.

This is where experience matters.

A full transformation!

This project went far beyond a simple hot tub replacement. The existing spa, along with the aging deck and fencing, was completely removed to make way for a fresh, modernized space.

The new expanded deck—built with long-lasting composite materials—offers significantly more room for both relaxation and flow. Beyond the spa, the space now features tiered seating areas designed for lounging, sunbathing, and socializing, keeping the hot tub area open, clean, and inviting.

At the center is a HydroTher H800 commercial hot tub, equipped with a full chemical automation system for efficient, low-maintenance operation. The mechanical system is neatly concealed within a custom-built enclosure behind the fencing, maintaining both functionality and aesthetics.

A thoughtful upgrade that blends comfort, durability, and smart design.
