We are seeking an experienced, dedicated and detail-oriented cleaner to join our team. As a House Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of residential spaces. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent service to our clients.

If you take pride in your work and enjoy creating clean and welcoming environments, we would love to hear from you.

Have a team? We want to hire your team too! We prefer teams of 2 or more for efficiency and better service. If you work with a partner or a team, let us know!

Duties

- Perform standard residential cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out and post-renovation cleaning
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines while using cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.

You must:

- Have prior experience in residential cleaning is mandatory (minimum 1 year).
- Have excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames.
- Be able to follow instructions and adhere to cleaning schedules.
- Be able to work independently or in a team of 2 or more (preferred)
- Provide own cleaning supplies
- Have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license. Be willing to drive in Oakville, Burlington, Milton and surrounding areas. Applicants without a car will not be considered.
- Be able to pass a background check.
