Asking Merry Maids for a ‘price to clean your home’ without knowing anything about the home or even seeing the home is the equivalent to asking a mechanic to diagnose the rattling in your car without looking under the hood. The mechanic needs to see what he’s working with before he gives you a price.

- How many bedrooms?
- How many bathrooms?
- How many pieces in each bathroom?
- How many floors?
- Is the basement included?
- Is it carpet or hardwood?
- Do you have pets? Kids?
- Do you want to handle the dishes? Or do you want us to handle the dishes?
- Bed linens? Are we changing them?
- Is there clutter? Will you be decluttering before we come?

There are lots of factors to consider when determining a price for house cleaning.
