Spring is officially here. 🌱🍄🌺At this time many of us feel heavy, weighed down and sluggish. Long winters in Ontario do that to us. ☹️
Easy ways to LIFT, and LIGHTEN and feel REFRESHED, This season is about sunshine and raindrops and new beginnings, blooms and blossoms. Let’s enjoy it!
Try these suggestions and see how you begin your spring.
1) Open all the windows and smell some fresh air! The air quality in your home, plays a significant role in how light you feel. That cool fresh spring air, or just being able to hear the birds and rain outside will change your mood and your frown upside down. ☹️-😃
While doing so play some music, put on a diffuser with one of my favourite EO blends, Cheer Up buttercup. Citrus blends with burgamot. 😊
2) Squeeky clean windows!!!
We want to be able to see the sunshine, the blossoms and new buds on our trees. So if this is a job you don’t like doing.. then hire a professional! Oh yah baby! They will even clean the sills for you 👍🏻😉🤩
3) Spring is the best time to purge! And I do this regularly, because I’ve learnt how easy it is to get surrounded by clutter.
Why do we need 12 bulky sweaters for winter??? 🤔
Purge your closets, one at a time! Take those unwanted items to local Thrift stores, or perhaps set some time aside to sell on marketplaces. $$$
I personally don’t expend more energy than necessary on this process, I do the “ Mary Kando” purge often.
My three R’s for spring
Refreshed, Renewed, Revitalized.
Note; a good rule of 👍🏻is.. for every ten pcs of clothing you donate, you can buy 1 new item.

Hiring a Cleaning service like Essential Clean, to do spring cleans is a great way to spend those purging dollars you’ve earned. How light would you feel getting a little help from a pro.?? 😊
