Hi everyone!

I wanted to introduce myself, my name is Kyla Kennedy - I am the owner and operator of Kennedy Quality Cleaners.

I worked as a cleaner for many years before starting my own business in February, 2020. I wanted to start my own business so I could continuously grow and scale while providing for my family.

It may sound strange but I truly love to clean, I find it very therapeutic and rewarding. I love being able to make my clients lives just a little bit easier.

I know first-hand how hectic life can feel when your house is out of order, which then causes a ripple effect and effects other areas of life. For me personally, when my house is clean - I am ready to take on the world.

We are looking to add some energetic members to our team. Our business provides cleaning services, decluttering, and organizing.

Responsibilities include:

Driving to and from each job
Behaving in a professional manner
Showing up to jobs on time and not leaving early
Cleaning tasks include sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, appliances, doing laundry, polishing, cleaning furniture, washing windows, wiping down outdoor furniture, wiping down baseboards, and more.
Communicating with your manager about the time of arrival and departure.
Filling out timesheets at every job
Signing quality check sheets after every task.

Qualifications include:

Valid driver's license.
Transportation.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in a housekeeping-related environment with a working knowledge of cleaning methods, material and equipment.
Good English communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to perform physical aspects of the job as it is a very physically demanding job.
Strong time management skills.
Able to perform the full range of duties as required in this position.
