Neglecting them allows grease and grime to build up, which in turn chokes airflow and puts strain on the motor.

Ignoring layers of baked-on grease and food particles creates a haven for bacteria and more disturbingly even attracts pests.

This isn’t a routine cleaning task but an important area to monitor for increased buildup.

This is my second Father’s Day without my own.

The first was agonizing.
Losing my dad felt like a core part of who I am was torn away. The last year and a half was filled with intense pain but also immense growth.

He was and still is the driving force for me.
In a time of uncertainty he bet on himself and started a commercial cleaning business and persevered.

Without him, I wouldn’t have the successful business I do now. His wisdom lives rent free in my head and lucky for me, he had oodles.
