Vancouver patios after seven months of rain are a specific kind of dirty. If you're planning a backyard birthday, Father's Day BBQ, or just a Sunday with friends in the next few weeks, here's what most patio cleans skip: · The sliding-door track — full of grit and pollen, never gets touched · The underside of outdoor cushion zippers (where mildew starts before you can see it) · Patio surface deep-rinsed, not just swept · BBQ exterior, propane tank, hood — the brown ring nobody wants to scrub · Outdoor light fixtures and any glass railing panelsWe did a townhouse patio in Mount Pleasant this weekend — about 2.5 hours, two of us. Family came over the next day. Big difference.Hosting in the next two weeks? Drop 'patio' in the comments or DM and we'll send the quote form.

June 1 in Vancouver hits different. The whole rhythm of the house shifts this week. Patio doors stay open. Kids leave more stuff in the kitchen because someone's always grabbing something. The sun is up at 5:15 whether your nervous system is ready or not.Summer at home is wonderful and also low-key disorganized. The fix isn't trying harder in the morning. It's a small reset the night before. What mine looks like: · Kitchen counter cleared (anything that doesn't live in the kitchen gets walked to its room) · Dishwasher started before bed, not after coffee · Couch throws folded · All the shoes by the door go in the basket — every pair8 minutes if you don't pick up your phone halfway through. The next morning doesn't look Pinterest-perfect. It just feels like the house is on your team. Which, when the kids are home, the patio is open, and the sun is rising at 5am, is genuinely the difference between starting the day calm or starting it already behind. What's your summer night-before reset? The best version of a Friday night in Vancouver involves a long dinner somewhere on Main Street, a walk along the seawall while the light still holds, or a quiet evening at home that does not open with a sink full of dishes and a bathroom you have been ignoring all week. The home version is harder to pull off if you have been pushing the clean to the weekend for the last month.

This is the case for a Friday clean. Our team comes through during the day, handles the kitchen, the bathrooms, the floors, the bedrooms, the surfaces you actually live on, and you walk in to a finished home in time for dinner. The weekend opens with two full days for whatever you actually want to be doing, instead of starting Saturday morning with a bucket and a list.

We are running Friday and Saturday slots across Vancouver, North Van, West Van, Burnaby, and Richmond, for both one-off cleans and ongoing recurring schedules. If you have been telling yourself you will get to it this weekend, hand it over. We are faster, we are more thorough, and the trade of your time for our work is the better deal every time.

Message us to lock in a Friday slot for next week, or get on a recurring schedule and stop running the math on it altogether.

Five places dust hides in your Vancouver condo that almost no one cleans until we point them out.

One: the top of every kitchen upper cabinet. If your cabinets do not run flush to the ceiling, there is a small landfill of grease-bound dust up there that has been quietly growing since you moved in. A microfiber and a degreaser handle it.

Two: the floor behind and beside the toilet. The angle is awkward, the mop never quite reaches, and high-rise bathroom ventilation pulls fine dust straight into that corner.

Three: the tracks and frame of the sliding balcony door. Vancouver high-rises live and die by these. Salt off the seawall, pollen, construction dust from whatever tower is going up across the street, it all collects here and grinds the rollers over time.

Four: the top trim and underside of every interior door. People wipe the front. The top edge and the underside near the hinge collect a surprising amount of dust, especially in condos where HVAC runs year-round.

Five: the rubber gasket inside the fridge door. Pull it back gently with a damp cloth. That black ring is mostly food residue and is the fastest path to mold establishing itself in a kitchen that otherwise looks fine.

We hit all five of these on every residential deep clean and most recurring visits across Vancouver, Yaletown, Coal Harbour, the West End, Mount Pleasant, and the high-rise corridors of Brentwood and Metrotown. If your last clean did not, that is a fair conversation to have with whoever you have been booking.

Send us a message and we will quote a deep clean for your unit.

Here is the maintenance math most Vancouver households do not run on themselves.

Skip cleaning for six weeks because work got busy. Now you need a four-hour catch-up to undo what twenty minutes a week would have handled. Skip again because the kids had a school break. Add three more hours. By the time you are standing in the kitchen on a Sunday with a mop in one hand and resentment in the other, you have already spent more weekends on it than a fortnightly recurring service would have cost you for the entire year.

Recurring cleans are the boring, unsexy answer to most household chaos. Our recurring residential clients across Vancouver, Kitsilano professionals, Mount Pleasant families, Yaletown condo owners, North Shore dual-income households, book us weekly, biweekly, or every three weeks. We bring our own products, work to a checklist tailored to your home, and the place stays in a steady state rather than swinging between guest-ready and disaster.

The actual return on a recurring clean is not the sparkling kitchen on the day we leave. It is the absence of dread on a Friday night. It is not seeing the bathroom and feeling tired before you have even started. It is having a Sunday back.

If you have been doing the catch-up math in your head for months, message us. We will quote a recurring schedule that fits your home and your week.

Spring in Vancouver looks beautiful from the sidewalk and feels rough on anyone with allergies. By late May the cherry blossoms have finished, but tree pollen, grass pollen, and the dust your forced-air system has been recirculating since November are all settling in your home at the same time. If your eyes itch the second you sit on the couch, your indoor environment is doing more work than the outdoor air.

A proper deep clean is not a cosmetic exercise. We HEPA-vacuum upholstery, wash and rotate cushion covers, wipe down baseboards and door frames where pollen rides in on coats and pet fur, clean window tracks where it pools, and damp-dust the surfaces a feather duster only stirs up. For households with pets, and Vancouver is one of the most dog-friendly cities in Canada, we pay close attention to the fabrics where dander concentrates: bed skirts, area rugs, the underside of dining chairs.

If allergy season is shortening your patience at home, a one-off residential deep clean from our Vancouver team can reset the room before the next pollen wave hits. We service the full Lower Mainland: Vancouver, North Van, West Van, Burnaby, Richmond, Coquitlam, New West.

Message us through the page or book online. We will walk you through what your space needs.

A Deep Clean is a different category of service from a recurring residential clean, and the distinction matters more than most homeowners realise before they book.
A recurring clean is maintenance. It keeps the home consistently tidy week to week — surface dust under control, kitchen and bathroom hot zones sanitised, floors and touchpoints handled on a predictable cadence. It's the service most of our Orange County clients use on a weekly or biweekly schedule, and it's the reason their homes never need an emergency reset.
A Deep Clean is the reset itself. It's a structurally different scope of work, and we book it specifically when a home needs attention on the surfaces a recurring clean is not designed to touch. Inside the oven. Behind the refrigerator. The range hood filter. Window tracks. Baseboards — every linear foot, on hands and knees. Door frames, light switches, outlet covers. Grout lines in the bathrooms. The underside of every toilet. The soap-scummed corners of glass shower doors that have resisted every spray bottle you've thrown at them.
Most of our clients book a Deep Clean in one of three moments. Before hosting — extended family, holidays, a real-estate open house, the in-laws' first visit. After a seasonal shift, when accumulated allergens and dust make themselves known the moment the windows open. Or simply because six to twelve months have passed since the home received this depth of attention, and it's starting to show.
We're holding seven Deep Clean slots for next week across Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, Irvine, Huntington Beach, Anaheim, and Tustin. The Spring Refresh promotion is still attached through the end of the month — 10% off any Deep Clean booked before May 31.
DM the word DEEP and we'll send you the booking form along with our full 14-point kitchen checklist so you can see exactly what's included before you commit.
