You could wait till you're overflowing, but we don't recommend that 😉

Clogged gutters trap water that turns to ice, and that's how you get ice dams, roof leaks, and foundation damage before winter even gets going.

Maple Washing has been your trusted, award-winning local crew since 2005. We've seen it all, so you don't have to climb up there.

📩 DM us today to book your fall gutter cleaning.

The before-and-after transformation nobody knew they needed!

We just got this gutter system completely cleared out and flowing like new. Leaving built-up debris and moss to sit up there is the last thing you want heading into the rainy season, as it can easily lead to overflow and roof damage.

If you're in Maple Ridge and want to cross gutter cleaning and moss control off your checklist, send us a message! We'd love to help protect your home.

It’s amazing what can build up in your gutters when you're not looking—like this little landscaping project we pulled straight out of a downspout filter!

Regular gutter cleaning is one of the easiest ways to safeguard your home's foundation, roofline, and siding. As a local, award-winning team that’s served our community since 2005, we know exactly what lower mainland weather throws at your home.

Overflowing water damaging your siding

Heavy, clogged gutters pulling away from the roofline

Unwanted pools around your foundation

Not all graffiti removal is urban. Sometimes, it’s protecting your own backyard. 🪨💧

When the call came from BC Parks it wasn’t just a project. It was personal. Partnering with them to clear the red spray paint off the boulders at Golden Ears Lower Falls was an absolute privilege. As locals who hike here with our kids, seeing families back enjoying clean views hits the heart.

Our team rolled up our sleeves, suited up, and got to work restoring the raw beauty of the rock. Hearing the kind words, cheers, and "thank yous" from hikers walking past while we scrubbed made every single minute worth it. Shoutout to everyone who stopped to chat and cheer us on, community validation like that is unmatched.

Clean rock. Clear views. Back to the way nature intended.
