I’m away in Bridgewater for training all day today; if I miss a message or call, I apologize. Should any laundromat emergencies arise, Nick is right next door and will be on call and ready to help.

However, Nick will be operating with minimal supervision, as his immediate supervisor, Syd, is in school. Please be patient with him, lower your expectations accordingly, and wish us all luck! 🤞😂

⚠️ Early Closure Tonight ⚠️

The Town has informed us that we need to close early tonight at 7:00 p.m. while they replace a water valve.

We’re hoping to reopen tomorrow morning at 9:00 a.m., but this will depend on the Town’s progress. We’ll post an update if there are any delays.

Not a single person doing laundry tonight AND apparently Liverpool Laundry Co. has acquired some new tenants.

Actual. Crickets.

And judging by the sound of them, they’ve gotten pretty comfortable around here. 😂

I can’t tell if they’re laughing at me, judging me, or wondering where everybody is.

At this point, I don’t know whether to laugh, cry, or start charging them rent. 😂

We really need to discuss Albert. 😂

This poor guy has had quite the employment history here at Liverpool Laundry Co.

He’s worked overtime.
He’s called in sick.
He’s shown up for work and then apparently changed his mind halfway through his shift.
He’s required special parts.
He’s returned triumphantly to work… only to keep us wondering how long it’ll last.

And LAST NIGHT?

Someone finished their laundry and LEFT IT IN ALBERT. 🤦‍♀️😂

So, if you used Liverpool Laundry Co. yesterday, please have a quick look around your house and ask yourself:

“Did ALL of my laundry actually come home with me?” 👀

Because somebody’s didn’t. 😂

After extensive consultation with absolutely nobody, we can confirm:

🧺 Liverpool Laundry Co. will be OPEN Monday, September 7th from 7am – 9pm

Apparently dirty underwear does not observe statutory holidays.

We checked. 😂

So while the rest of Liverpool is enjoying the long weekend, sleeping in, BBQing, or wandering around wondering what’s actually open…

WE ARE.

Our washers have been informed they are required to report for duty.

The dryers tried to unionize.

And the fitted sheets have once again been asked to cooperate with authorities.

If your laundry situation gets out of hand this weekend, please remain calm. Do not panic. Do not attempt to hide the pile in another room.

Proceed directly to Liverpool Laundry Co. 😂
