Do you feel like you've been missed? We're still going through backlog from when I was away. It's coming to our attention some of our parts orders got messed up and or forgotten on our end.
If you feel like you have been missed please leave a message or send us a text. The office is closed on friday but we will keep working on it the best we can. We are adding new calls from our online requests as we have availability but appointments are filling up quickly. Please be patient. Josh

Heads up to our customers that Josh is away for the week.

This leaves us with limited available appointments for areas outside of Liverpool for the remainder of the week. Braden and I are still around booking appointments and running a limited schedule.

Warranty customers, if you haven’t heard from us, you will hear from me over the next day or two. We will be doing our best to get to you ASAP.

Happy Saturday folks!

All of a sudden our call volume has gone a little crazy and we have been busy with medical appointments. We are working today to try and triage fridges first. We will be working on web requests first, so if you called we will get to you ASAP!

PSA: After today's heat it is a good idea to check your freezers and ensure everything is still frozen. If you have a thermometer available you're looking for -18C or 0F. The temp displaying on the door may be setpoint not current internal temp.
