Each year, Jaspro staff undergo training to maintain and upgrade their skills. This week, five Jaspro employees completed ”Basic Workplace First Aid - CPR C and AED” training from St. John Ambulance. First aid training equips individuals with life-saving skills for work and home emergencies. We are pleased to announce that Maury Dagley has earned his Scissor Lift Operator Certification. The course covers causes of moisture damage, identification of mould and how to safely clean up mould. Valuable information when working at the wide range of client sites we serve. The training covers: "all aspects of asbestos abatement including: asbestos management, removal techniques and procedures, health effects and exposure, government regulations and guidelines, personal protection and material product identification.” She will bring added expertise to our next asbestos removal job.
