Archer moved the flag… not because more people need to know we’re open but because the telephone pole is public enemy number one.

No Archer’s not starting a car wash… but on the topic of water. Our streets losing water at 7:00 PM on Thursday the 17th, just for the evening while the town does some necessary work.

We’ll still be open at The Sud Shack & West End Convenience thanks to a 500 gallon water reserve we added to the building when it was being developed.

We’ve had a steady flow of traffic since we’ve opened & the response has been overwhelmingly positive, thanks for that!

We’ve still had customers coming in West End asking if the Sud Shack is open yet who either don’t do social media or haven’t seen our stuff yet.

Enter stage left: open flag that I should have checked the size of before I ordered it. 😅

We’ll eventually have a dedicated laundry section in the store, but for now we sell tide pods as singles, buy just what you need for the day.

The wait is over!
Opening day tomorrow, August 14th, now that our final two inspectors have approved the space. 🥰

Normal hours will mirror West End closely.
6AM - 9PM Weekdays
8AM - 9 PM Saturday
9AM - 9PM Sundays

Cards will normally be $3 (you can keep and reload them forever), tomorrow & throughout the weekend they’ll be $1.

I’ll be around most the day to help with any questions, card loading, machine use, etc.

We accidentally had our first customer last week when we left the doors unlocked after inspection. They came in, got a sud shack card, did their laundry, & figured it out all in their own. 🫣😁

We have railing!

We could open tomorrow (Wednesday) but we’re waiting to finish a few details. Stay tuned for the opening announcement, it’ll be this week.
