💦💦💦 WATER, WATER AND MORE WATER!
I had a customer (dropper of mine 😉) ask me about water yesterday so….💦💦💦
Let's talk about Daily Water Intake for a second and why it is so crucial to reach your optimum health and goals. Plain water is best for your body if you feel the need to spruce it up stay away from anything packaged that you can add to it - Try some Lemon, Cucumber, Lime, Strawberries, Raspberries, Mint, Basil, or Rosemary, etc.
1. Increases Energy & Relieves Fatigue - Since your brain is mostly water, drinking it helps you think, focus and concentrate better and be more alert. As an added bonus, your energy levels are also boosted!
