Today was work experience day for Carson, as he got to head out on site with Uncle Arien and Tom.

I love that our school makes this a priority. There’s nothing more valuable for these kids than getting out into the world, getting their hands dirty, and seeing what their next chapter could actually look like, whether it’s trades, tech, farming, business, or something completely different.

Watching him soak it all in today reminded me how important it is that they get to explore, try things, ask questions, and discover what fires them up.
