Well today’s job was installing weeping tile in a window well.

Customer concern was water getting in through the window well.

Correction , hydrovac soil out of window well to weeping tile around the footing and back fill with crushed rock. Today this is code, but when the house was built, it was not.

Customer is extremely happy and relieved that his water issue is resolved

Good day folks, just wrapped up another driveway re conditioning job for a super nice guy.

He and his son seen our previous posts on re conditioning driveways and were quite interested in getting a quote. Their acerage is about an hour and a half from our shop. Not a problem for us, we travel anywhere in the province. Went out took a look at the job and agreed on a price , then all the rain kept coming. Fast forward to today and here are the results of the job.

Re conditioning brings up your compacted gravel rejuvenating the gravel you already have. It’s best to have at least 3-4” of good gravel existing to work with.

Reconditioning limits the amount of new gravel required , keeping costs down. Proper maintenance is always recommended to keep pot holes and rough spots to a minimum.

So if you see this post and think 🤔, “ hey my driveway could use this “ , nah, he’s to far away.

Need a driveway ? Here we have a driveway and walk ways done with recycled asphalt. Packs in nice and hard like base gravel with very little tracking of material in on your feet. Has a nice black look when wet and a greyish tone when dry. Let us know if this is something you would like done with your driveway.

Is your driveway a mess with all the recent rainfall ? We can help !! If you have at least 3-4” of good base gravel on your driveway, we can recondition it to take out the potholes and washboards. If you need some extra gravel, we can help you out there as well.
