Awww Victoria, what a time!
A great big shout out to Halloween Market YYJ and ✨Lady Stardust ✨ for hosting such a wonderful n' spooky Halloween extravaganza!
The volunteer crew were all so rad and sweet too!

It was truly epic and I always enjoy sharing my love of incense with so many curious folk in person. It brings me so much joy to see how the botanical aromas mingle & jive with people.

Our little pumpkin baby slept most of the event for both days, he felt right at home! 🧡🎃

Those Magical market winds are blowin' mighty Again! 💫

Getting ready (and Very Excited) for Halloween Market YYJ held by the wonderful ✨Lady Stardust ✨ !!

I've been rolling incense each evening and doing my best to keep up with a dwindling stock of the darker spooky blends.

S a m h a i n & P u m p k i n King will be shining on the shelves. I also have brought back H E A R T Spiral which is crafted with Black Benzoin.. A beautful dark resin that I personally adore.

Oh and the Coffee one too! S w e e t Soil, Pictured above, crafted with patchouli leaf and Palo santo chips.

See you there with our pumpkin, Baby K!

T H A N K You! Crafts From The Crypt Fair!
A shout out to the RAD as can be organizers and volunteers! We had such a wonderful time here 🧡

Crafting Botanical Incense is my hearty passion and I am so happy that I was able to share this art with all of you! It truly makes me so happy.

And...
It's no easy feat bringing 3 littles under five to vending events and all I can say... The warmth and acceptance we felt at this particular Halloween Fair was unmatched & incredible!

Thank you!!

And our little 2 month old babe Kasper slept most of the time! Which was absolutely dreamy for me!

Sunroot is busier than ever and that’s exactly why I lean on the smoke.

Even in the rush of making, packing, blending, and shipping, whole‑plant incense helps other people (and me) slow their breath, settle their energy, and find a moment of centre in a fast season.

Sunroot’s work is growing, but the purpose stays the same: offering smoke that steadies, softens, and supports anyone who needs a pause.

Rooted Intention :

“Even in the rush, I return to the smoke. It steadies me, softens me, and brings me back to my own rhythm.”

Website is L I V E !

This was such a challenge for me 🌼

Most of this site came together while postpartum healing, feeding babe, and trying to remember who the heck I was before birth. Its a ride!

Late‑night to early morning newborn hours, cluster feeds and the quiet stillness of endless 2am recharge micro naps.

Still, little by little, the work kept growing.

Sunroot Aromatics now has a home online for incense, aromawork, and eco‑home tending.

A wee summertime pop in to say...

Our darling Kasper was born fast and sure on July 16th!

right as the sunflowers in our garden opened.

A season of blooming: in the soil, in our home, in our arms.

With our midsummer boy here,
I’m easing back into the work I love!

Incense crafting resumes soon in preparation for upcoming craft markets, and a brand new website will launch by the autumn equinox.

Stay cool buddies!
