New customer in St. Jacobs, Ontario reached out to us because they were dealing with pet stains and pet odours throughout their carpets. 🐾

For this job, we started with a thorough pre-treatment targeting pet-affected areas, followed by agitation/scrubbing to help break down soils and contamination deep in the fibres. We then used our powerful truck-mounted steam cleaning system with high heat and strong vacuum extraction to flush out dirt, stains, and odours from deep within the carpet.

Pet accidents can travel below the carpet fibres, so we always explain that while we work hard to reduce or eliminate odours, results can vary depending on how deep the contamination has gone.

New customer in Guelph reached out to us for a nail polish removal job on their carpets 😳💅

We started with a detailed pre treatment, followed by CRB agitation to break everything down deep into the carpet fibers. After that we brought in our powerful truck mount hot water extraction system to flush the carpets thoroughly and remove as much of the stain as possible.

Not every nail polish stain can be fully removed, but this one turned out amazing and our customer was extremely happy with the results 🙌

Never promise anything in carpet cleaning… but always try to over deliver 👌

Our new customer in Kitchener (Doon South area) was very concerned about this large black mark and asked if it was going to come out. We explained honestly that we could not promise full removal, but we would do everything possible to improve it using the right chemistry, proper agitation, and our powerful truck mount steam cleaning system.

After the deep cleaning, grooming/raking the carpet fibers, and flushing everything out with high heat extraction, the customer was shocked at how beautiful the carpets turned out 😮🔥
