Valued new and regular clients please be advised
MISSED, NO SHOW or CANCELLATIONS – you will be required to pay either the full charge of the appointment. Or half depending on notice period.If you cancel your appointment within 48-hour notice period, you will be required to pay half of the regular service charge. Cancelling 24 hours prior you will be required to pay the full charge of the appointment.
You can pay for missed appointments by Cash, Debit, Visa or Mastercard, due on date of billing. We can give you a receipt for the service you have late cancelled or missed
We understand that unforeseen situations occur, If an emergency situation arises, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can treat your situation with personal attention. We recognize that there are circumstances that are out of your control (storms, sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.) In certain cases, we will make an exception by rescheduling your appointment at our earliest convenience and time time slot.
Cancelling appointments affect other clients, staff and schedules please understand that we must implement fees to compensate our time and efforts.
