✨ Business Update ✨
As my business continues to grow, I've made the decision to update my pricing.

Effective immediately, all residential cleaning services will be a flat rate of $35/hour for all clients. 🧼✨

All add-on services will remain the same price, so there are no changes there.

As a small business owner and a mom of three, there are times when daycare closures, sick days, and family responsibilities mean I have to step away from work. This small rate increase helps me continue providing the high-quality service my clients deserve while also allowing me to support my family through those unavoidable interruptions.

I'm incredibly grateful for every client who has trusted me with their home and supported my small business. Your understanding, loyalty, and continued support truly mean the world to me. ❤️

Ive decided im going to close down for the month of june due to consistent sickness 😷, and just seeming like im not reliable because of all of the outside issues.

I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 😔 I will be up and running again July 7th as thats when child care will be operating again 🥰

Hi everyone 💛

I wanted to let you know that I will be canceling all cleans for this week and will not be taking on any bookings.

I’ve taken on a situation that requires my full attention right now, so my availability is temporarily on hold. This isn’t a decision I make lightly, and I always do my best to show up for my clients — but at this time, this is where I’m needed most.

All scheduled clients will be contacted directly to reschedule for next week or later.

Hi everyone 💕

I wanted to take a moment to properly introduce myself.
I’m the face behind Mama’s Little Helper Cleaning Co., but before anything else — I’m a mom.

This business started from a place a lot of people can relate to… being a mom who was struggling to stay on top of everything, feeling overwhelmed, and honestly feeling stuck when it came to bills and making ends meet. I knew I needed something that worked for my family — not against it.

So I built this.

Mama’s Little Helper Cleaning Co. was created to not only support my own family, but to help other families feel a little less stressed in their homes too.

With that being said, I want to be open and real with my clients — my kids will always come first. If one of them is sick or needs me, I will always choose them. Cleans can wait — and trust me, as a mom, I’ve had to make that call in my own home too.

My kids will never have to wait on me. I will always communicate as soon as possible and do my best to reschedule or accommodate, and I truly appreciate your understanding when those situations come up.

Being a mom means I wear a lot of hats.
Some days I’m running my business, and other days I’m a nurse, teacher, chef, problem-solver — you name it. I show up as everything my kids need, and I bring that same care, attention, and dedication into every home I clean.

When you support my business, you’re supporting a hardworking local mom who built something from nothing and continues to show up every single day — for her family and her clients.

At the end of the day, I’m not just building a business — I’m building a life for my kids, and I refuse to choose between being a great mom and a great business owner. I’ll be both.

A Quick Note to My Clients 🧼✨
I just want to take a moment to set a few expectations so I can continue providing the best possible service to everyone 🤍

• Honesty is key. Please be upfront about the condition of your home when booking. This is a completely judgement-free zone — I’m here to help, not judge! The more I know ahead of time, the better I can prepare and give you an accurate estimate.

• Pricing is based on estimates. If I arrive and the job is significantly bigger or more time-consuming than expected, the final price will be adjusted accordingly. I will always communicate this with you.

• Clutter: If a space is heavily cluttered, I will clean around items. Decluttering is not included unless discussed and added on beforehand.

• Mold Policy. I do not handle mold of any kind. This requires specialized remediation, and your safety (and mine) comes first.

• Surfaces I Cannot Clean: – Unsealed wood flooring
– Peeling or damaged paint on walls
– Broken windows or unsafe areas

• Furniture Moving: I do not move furniture. However, I’m happy to vacuum or mop underneath if items are safely lifted beforehand.

• Height & Safety: I do not use ladders due to liability concerns. I clean everything that can be safely reached.

•Carpet cleaning: I do not offer carpet cleaning. All my cleans are based on my availability when I schedule you for 5 hours ive already taken into consideration every room and the timing needed for a perfect clean. I dont have the machines, chemicals or training for this type of job, so I will politely decline

Please keep in mind that last minute changes to your clean arent garunteed to happen. I will always try my best, but as a solo cleaner I focus on the areas my clients will notice the most!

I truly appreciate each and every one of you for supporting my small business. These policies help me work safely, efficiently, and continue offering affordable, high-quality cleans 🫶
