215 children and counting! Your Laundry Fairy mourns with the Indigenous communities of the Canada and the Tk’emlups te Secwepemc First Nation as they again mourn these losses. Reminders of the atrocities committed and a call to action for us all—Truth and Reconciliation matters to all Canadians.

As a Laundry professional, I recommend weekly washing of all sheets, pillowcases and any bedding that touches your body. Not only are they in contact with our body fluids, but they are covered in skin cells and dust. Towels, more often than that!!

Dear friends,
Tonight, like many of you, my thoughts and prayers are with the family (biological and Air Force) of Captain Jenn Casey as she lost her life on a Snowbird flight today.
Isn’t it strange how something can just really hit you hard and you don’t know why? this hit my heart today. Especially when I learned that she was from Halifax. The people of Nova Scotia have just had more than their fair share of tragedies lately.
So I continued prayers for a way through tragedy and grief—eventually
