We're looking for an experienced Residential and/or Commercial Cleaner (3+ years preferred) who wants to build a long-term career with our company.

✅ Who we're looking for:

Experienced Residential and/or Commercial Cleaner (3+ years preferred)

Exceptional attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work

Excellent English communication and customer service skills

Valid driver's licence and reliable personal vehicle

Own professional cleaning equipment

Comfortable working around pets (especially dogs)

Professional references or reference letters are a strong asset

Reliable, honest, and motivated

Looking for a long-term career, not just another job

Interested in growing into a leadership role while continuing to deliver exceptional cleaning services

💰 Competitive pay starting at $30/hour

🕒 Part-time to start (30 hours per month), with additional hours added as new residential and commercial clients are secured, as well as deep cleaning, move-in/move-out, and other specialty cleaning projects.

Residential Cleaning Professional – Kanata & Surroundings

Elite Sparkle Cleaning Services is a growing residential and commercial cleaning company based in the Ottawa–Kanata area. We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced Residential Cleaning Professional to join our team and grow with us long-term.

Our clients value consistency, trust, and quality, which is why we assign the same cleaner to the same homes on a regular basis. We are not looking for rotating or temporary staff — we are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants stable, recurring clients.

Position Overview

Residential cleaning for recurring clients (same homes on a regular basis)

Occasional move-in / move-out cleanings

Opportunity to take on commercial cleaning as the company continues to grow

Work primarily in Kanata and surrounding areas

Hours

Starting at approximately 25–30 hours month.

Hours will increase over time as the company grows and new clients are added

Consistent scheduling with potential for long-term stability

Requirements (Mandatory)

Minimum 2 years of residential cleaning experience

Strong references required

Own vehicle (mandatory) – must be able to travel to clients

Own cleaning equipment and supplies (mandatory)

Based in or near Kanata / Ottawa area

Reliable, professional, detail-oriented, and client-focused

Able to work independently while following company standards
