Residential Cleaning Professional – Kanata & Surroundings
Elite Sparkle Cleaning Services is a growing residential and commercial cleaning company based in the Ottawa–Kanata area. We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced Residential Cleaning Professional to join our team and grow with us long-term.
Our clients value consistency, trust, and quality, which is why we assign the same cleaner to the same homes on a regular basis. We are not looking for rotating or temporary staff — we are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants stable, recurring clients.
Position Overview
Residential cleaning for recurring clients (same homes on a regular basis)
Occasional move-in / move-out cleanings
Opportunity to take on commercial cleaning as the company continues to grow
Work primarily in Kanata and surrounding areas
Hours
Starting at approximately 25–30 hours month.
Hours will increase over time as the company grows and new clients are added
Consistent scheduling with potential for long-term stability
Requirements (Mandatory)
Minimum 2 years of residential cleaning experience
Strong references required
Own vehicle (mandatory) – must be able to travel to clients
Own cleaning equipment and supplies (mandatory)
Based in or near Kanata / Ottawa area
Reliable, professional, detail-oriented, and client-focused
Able to work independently while following company standards
