Hi everyone. Over the past year there have been many changes in all of our lives. Unfortunately one of the things that I have had to deal with is the significant increase in business expenses. Supplies and insurance premiums(with zero claims) have all increased substantially over the last year with further increases expected. As a result we have had to adjust our minimum charge. This has been phased in over the last several months and will now apply to all clients. The new minimum for service is $120.

I just want to remind everybody, and I have been reminding my clients the last week or so, to please keep walkways free of snow and ice when you are expecting service people to come to your home. This is essential for their safety while providing a service for you. It is completely reasonable for service personnel to refuse to risk their safety carrying equipment to and from the job site across snowy and icy ground.
