HAPPY THANKSGIVING WEEKEND!

We are so thankful to our customers and our community!

A BIG thank you for your patience and understanding as we catch up!

The past few weeks have been a little challenging for us. We recently had new equipment installed in our furnace cleaning truck, and we’ve been working through some unexpected issues while getting everything running smoothly.

The afternoon heat also affected our new equipment, which meant we were sometimes able to complete our morning appointments but had to postpone afternoon work. This resulted in more rescheduling than we have ever experienced — something that has been incredibly difficult for us as well.

Thankfully, with the cooler weather, we are no longer experiencing those same issues, and our mechanic continues to monitor the equipment closely.

We truly appreciate everyone who has been patient, understanding and supportive while we’ve worked through this. We know your time is valuable, and we are so grateful for your continued support!

Thank you for sticking with us — we appreciate you more than you know.

These are the only appointments we have left in July that qualify for our Summer Promotion, where you'll receive 2 FREE vents with your furnace and duct cleaning (must be following either our Facebook/Instagram page)

Please note that our family will be on vacation during the first week of August, and our schedule is already starting to fill up for the fall.

By the end of August, we're typically booking 2–3 months in advance, so if you'd like to secure your preferred date, we recommend booking early. You're also welcome to pre-book your appointment up to one year in advance!

Don't let our booking schedule discourage you! We keep an active waitlist, and appointments do become available as customers need to reschedule due to renovations, illness, vacations, or other unexpected commitments.

If you're flexible, there's always a chance we can get you in sooner!

Let's talk about dryer vents...

Did you know:
Your dryer vent does more than remove lint...it helps your dryer run safely and efficiently. Over time, lint builds up inside the vent, restricting airflow and increasing the risk of overheating and even house fires.

Regular dryer vent cleaning can:
• Reduce the risk of fire
• Help your dryer dry clothes faster
• Lower energy costs
• Extend the life of your dryer

A clean dryer vent means a safer, more efficient home. If it's been a while since yours was cleaned, now is the perfect time!

This is a service you can do on its own or for a greater cost savings, add this to your furnace cleaning.

Do You Have More Than One Furnace?

You might be surprised! Some homes have two furnaces located side-by-side, while others have them in completely different areas of the house.

When booking your furnace and duct cleaning, please take a moment to double-check how many furnaces your home has and let us know when scheduling.

Why does it matter? Each furnace requires additional time and attention, and knowing ahead of time helps us allocate the proper appointment length and stay on schedule for all of our customers throughout the day.

If a furnace cleaning company shows up with only a shop vac for your duct cleaning, it may be worth asking a few more questions about their equipment and process.

Professional duct and furnace cleaning requires powerful negative air pressure and specialized tools to properly remove dust, debris, and buildup throughout the entire system — not just near the vents.

At Fresh Air Furnace Cleaners, we use a trailer-mounted compressor system with an 8-inch hose connected directly to your furnace and duct system. This creates strong suction throughout the ductwork while we use high-pressure air tools and specialized equipment to dislodge debris from deep inside your vents and air ducts.

This process allows us to thoroughly clean the system, helping improve airflow, reduce dust circulation, and leave your HVAC system operating more efficiently.

When choosing a duct cleaning company, always ask what equipment they use and how their cleaning process works — the right tools make all the difference.
