Hello King Coin Laundromat community. We have the need of your help for a customer who had clothing taken on Friday June 19th at approximately 8:50pm. A customer was doing a lot of laundry and using the majority of the washers and dryers, and it appears from the video footage she accidently took laundry from another customer. The customer who lost the laundry saw the person as they were loading up their clothes in a cab and just missed her to make the connection that this situation happened.

It appears a friend of this customer was in later that night and spoke to the attendant and Robyn explained the situation to her, and the friend said it was a mistake and they would get the clothes back to the customer right away. It has been about 36 hours and no word has been sent about the clothes being dropped off.

Apparently the womans name is Lisa and the mans name is Brett, if anyone can give us more information about how to contact them via a phone number or an address so we can reach out, we will keep your information private. We appreciate any help you can give us to help out this customer, he has been very patient so far and very understanding and we hope this is resolved today. He has work clothes he needs for tomorrow and he is willing to meet up with her so she doesn't have to pay for a cab to get his stuff back, he will drive to a location that they agree on. Thank you everyone and we really appreciate any help anyone can provide.

Hello everyone, we are already up to the 6th event of this year, which this also marks a special occasion for us here. This event marks 2 years of the free laundry access program! I can't believe we have helping out the community for 2 years now, as I always say I am very happy and proud to do my part to help out my community, and look forward to many more years of doing what we can for everyone!

Our next event day is coming up this Thursday June 18th between 9am to 9pm. For those who are already signed up with the program, you just have to sign in when you arrive and away you go. If you haven’t signed up yet, you can do so at www.freelaundryaccess.com sometime before this event. If you are on ODSP or Ontario Works you just need to bring your ID and statement and we can sign you up at the laundromat if that is easier for you (If you are homeless, on ODSP or Ontario works you are automatically approved for the program and can do laundry immediately once we fill out the forms and see appropriate documents). As always let as many people as you can know about the program as we want to help as many individuals and families as we can, and remember at these events we cover all your costs for washing, drying, soap and fabric sheets.
We look forward to seeing everyone on Thursday June 18th!

Hello Hamilton, we are already up to the 5th event of this year. It looks like the cold weather is finally behind us, and we are ready for the nice warm weather right in front of us. After talking to most of you during the last event, I can safely say that is what everyone was looking forward to.

Our next event day is coming up this Thursday May 21st between 9am to 9pm. For those who are already signed up with the program, you just have to sign in when you arrive and away you go. If you haven’t signed up yet, you can do so at www.freelaundryaccess.com sometime before this event. Hi everyone, it's that time of year again! King Coin Laundromat has been nominated and has moved onto the voting round in 2 categories. Best Laundromat and Best Laundry Services. We took first place the last 2 years with everyone's support and we want to defend our title yet again and three-peat as the number 1 laundromat in Hamilton! Hello Hamilton, we are already up to the 4th event of this year. Hopefully the cold weather is behind us and we can look forward to beautiful warm days for the next half of the year! It appears we are going to have rain this Thursday, but at least it will be warm.
