They finally arrived!!! After weeks of waiting for the delivery, our 3 new top loaders have arrived. They look a little different then the other machines with more cycle options for you to chose from. For Laundry Cat app users they also show their availability and will notify you when your cycle is complete.

New lighting at the laundromat! It feels so much brighter and fresher!

Yesterday the electricians were in to upgrade all the lighting at the laundromat. No more dim lit corners or burnt out bulbs! It certainly makes it brighter and feels fresher!

We met over 200 people at the laundromat over the past 5 days. So many wonderful comments about the improvements and all the positive changes. We truly can’t fully grasp the appreciation people showed to us. It was exhausting but everyone made it so worth it. Thank you to our customer community for being so amazing! Here is a little walk through of the laundromat and all the changes.

What a whirlwind the past few days! We are up and running with the new payment system and a bunch of other improvements!! We can’t wait for all our customers to see the changes: new payment system, signage, paper towel dispenser and some maintenance and repairs and more. We can now accept cash, credit and debit. Still working out a couple kinks for the app and hope to have it resolved very soon.

We are so grateful for all our amazing customers who were so excited, gracious, helpful and understanding as we navigate some of the hiccups with a big change like this. You all have no idea how encouraging it was to hear the excitement about all the wonderful changes! You make all the effort worth it!

We will be in the laundromat at 10am tomorrow for most of the day. If you have tokens left over come by and we can get them exchanged for you!

Closed for maintenence 7am-10am, Friday January 23rd.

We have had a couple very productive days getting our new payment system installed and are finishing up a few things tomorrrow. Please be aware that we will are having some plumbing maintenance done from 7am-10am and will be closed during this time. We are very excited to share pictures of all the updates soon! Stay tuned 😊

We are just under a week away before the big upgrade to our new payment system! This marks a big milestone for our business and along with this change we also have some exciting news that we are rebranding!!!! Now felt like a great chance to let everyone know that The Bayers Road Laundromat will officially be THE LAUNDRY NOOK!

Next week we will be onsite during the payment install (we will be open during the transition) to speak with customers, continue with additional improvements and as always do more deep cleaning. We can't wait to say hi to many of you and share more of our plans for continuing to improve the laundromat!

DATE CHANGE!

The installation of our new payment system will now take place on January 21 & 22. Some of the parts needed for install haven’t yet arrived yet so we had to push the date. We know from talking to many of you there is lots of excitement around this upgrade and we are eager to get it implemented as well! We appreciate all the excitement and patience! More exciting updates on the way as well!!

We’ll be open both days, and machines will be converted one by one, so everything will stay up and running. This upgrade modernizes the laundromat for our customers, offers more payment options, and brings you some great new features we think you’ll really enjoy.

We’ll be onsite during the installation and look forward to meeting many of you in person! 😊
