Dear Valued Clients,

We truly appreciate your continued support and the trust you place in our cleaning services. It’s a pleasure to serve you and help keep your homes looking their best.

As our business continues to grow, we’ve found it necessary to reinforce our payment policy to ensure we can operate smoothly and fairly for all clients. As a reminder, payment is due on the day of service.

Effective immediately, a late fee of $10 will be applied for every 24 hours that a payment remains outstanding past the service date.

That said, we understand that occasional oversights can happen. Clients who consistently pay on time will absolutely not be penalized for a one-time mistake. We value your reliability and will always take your history with us into consideration.

Our goal is not to be strict, but to maintain a fair and sustainable system that allows us to continue providing high-quality service to everyone.
