Hello! Long time no post!!
I have some VERY exciting news… I’m almost ready to start cleaning in Nova Scotia🎉🥳
I just need to get my beaterbar cord made and we’ll be off to the races with cleaning😼

While we wait, I thought today would be a wonderful opportunity to showcase what I do for my cleans with pictures of my own home in an absolute state (been very busy as of late lol) with before and after pictures later today😄

Here is pictures of the updated contract!

The biggest modification to the contract was clarifying:

•Rate / hour
•Fixing materials charge
•Overtime within 1 hour after the quoted time is FREE (because sometimes we just need some extra time😉)
•Overtime rate/hr *past* the free 1 hour
•Move in/out cleans with a set number of hours, and flat rate
•Same day cancellations
•Scheduled drugs, crime scene, septic, rodent and bugs resulting in immediate leave of the service provider
•Easier to find chart for whats provided
•Payment
•Confidentiality
•Damaged and/or Broken property

We have updates our contracts to accommodate for better reading of terms and services, there has also been more added to the contract to clarify some mistakes made in the previous contract.

Photos of the contract, as well as a terms of service update will be pinned to the top or the page as soon as it is available.

We’re almost ready to start taking on Nova Scotia one clean at a time!!

We also have a new number! Most cell carriers do provide canada wide calling 📞, if your provider doesn’t, there’s always our page that will direct you to our chat😄

Hello! I apologize for not keeping up to date, we’ve had QUITE the transition moving to Nova Scotia😅

First things first!
I forgot all of my cleaning supplies in Manitoba so I was unable to start up and connect with the residents of Nova Scotia, so I took up 2 jobs for the time being!

That being said, I have been very busy and tired with after working both of my jobs, so I wasn’t able to get around to positing!

Third and final, I have to put my buisness on a brief hold until I can re-stock my supplies and find a vacuum out here that is going to meet my standards, I’m very picky when it comes to vacuums😅

With all of this being said, I want to thank everyone of my Manitoba Clients for being so wonderful and I wish everyone a Merry Christmas 🎄🎁 and a happy New Year 🥳 🎉

And what another wonderful clean today, and these past few weeks worth of cleans we’ve had!

I would love to thank everyone from East Beaches all the way down to Selkirk for being the best clients I’ve had the pleasure working with and helping to grow BKCS! Had a bit of a hiccup right in the beginning but definitely came back strong😊

But unfortunately, as all good things do, my business here has come to a halt as I’m moving forward to exciting new things.. Or should I say provinces😃 We’re on our way to start a new adventure but I will be back near the end of December for a small bit, then off again!

I have some good news for the residents of the east beaches!!

Unfortunately, some of my plans fell through and I’d like to share them.

Me and a couple of other friends were supposed to move to Nova Scotia by now, but we realized we are not quite there yet!

I also had a plan to bring in a cleaner/business partner but we found out within these recent weeks that she will be becoming a mother! Congratulations to you! For the sake of privacy at this time, I will not be naming names

SO! I still have the $40 refer-a-friend going for this month, I cannot promise any long term contracts such as airbnb’s as I still having moving in the works!

We have another successful first time clean with a wall wash today!!

No pictures provided today, but the vast improvement a well cleaned house makes for a happy and healthy home, some even say brighter! A very satisfying clean indeed

📦✅Move out clean: a minimum of 8 hours*, detail kitchen including inside cupboards and fridge, bathroom including inside cupboards, detail dusting, windowsills, lightfixtures, baseboards and more!
