🚗 A Friendly Reminder About Parking at Worth Laundry Co.

We kindly ask that our two designated parking spaces be reserved for customers actively using the laundromat.

These spots are specifically intended for those carrying laundry baskets, bags, and heavy loads to and from our facility, making their visits a little easier and more convenient.

Unfortunately, we’ve noticed that these spaces are regularly being used by individuals visiting neighbouring businesses, despite our posted signage.

Moving forward, we will be monitoring these spaces more closely, and anyone parked there who is not using the laundromat will be asked to move their vehicle.

We love being part of this community and simply ask everyone to be respectful and courteous of our customers and the spaces reserved for them.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Found laundry alert, if it’s yours, come grab it. We’ll keep it safe for a week, then donate it to the clothing box out front. Consider it gently adopted.

Important notice: one coin at a time. Make sure each coin registers and the $1 credit shows before adding the next coin. If the coin doesn’t register, press the coin return and retrieve it before inserting another coin. Please help spread the word. Thanks for keeping our machines running smoothly.

Worth Laundry Co. continues to remain busy. We kindly ask everyone to keep in mind that the two parking spots directly outside our entrance are for customers using the laundromat. Leaving these spots available helps customers easily load and unload their laundry. Thank you for your understanding and continued support. It’s greatly appreciated.

Coin Usage at Worth Laundry Co. ⚠️

To help keep our machines working properly, please follow these instructions:

• Wait for each coin to register before inserting the next one.
• If a coin does not register, press the coin return button to retrieve it before inserting another coin.
• Inserting another coin before the first one registers can jam the machine and result in lost money.

Please also make sure:

• Loonies go in the loonie slot.
• Quarters go in the quarter slot.

We’ve had several instances of quarters being inserted into the loonie slot, which causes machine jams and requires costly maintenance.

Our goal is to keep Worth Laundry Co. a self-serve, reliable, and affordable facility for the Guysborough community. Your cooperation helps us keep the machines running smoothly for everyone.

Thank you for your understanding and support!
