JIC will be reinstating our prepandemic cancellation policy effective September 1, 2025.

We understand situations arise when you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To do so, we request you notify us at least 72 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client on our waiting list.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 3 hours.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy, as it helps us maintain efficient scheduling and service quality for all our clients.
