As summer approaches, we wanted to let everyone know that Town and Country Clips will be closed on Fridays starting on the 26th of June, throughout July and August!

We are currently booking approximately 3 weeks in advance, and appointments are filling quickly. To ensure you get the date and time that works best for you, pre-booking is highly recommended.

🚨 Final Reminder for Current Clients 🚨

We still have many clients who have not completed their digital intake form.

As we continue transitioning to our new system, it is extremely important that all current clients update their information. We cannot move forward with the next phase until everyone is entered into the system.

Once complete, you’ll be able to receive:

-Appointment reminders
-Text notifications when your pet is ready
-Grooming schedule reminders
-Special offers and salon updates

We will eventually be phasing out our paper files. If your pet is not entered into our digital system, important grooming notes, preferences, and history may not be available in the future.

Please make sure you include:

Your FIRST & LAST NAME,
Your pet’s FIRST & LAST NAME

This is very important, as we have many clients and pets with the same first names.

We’ve put a lot of work into creating a system that will help us stay organized, keep your pet’s information up to date, and provide better communication for everyone. Please help us help you by taking a few minutes to complete the form if you haven’t already.

Friendly Reminder from Town and Country Clips!

We’ve been receiving quite a few inquiries about grooming large breed dogs lately, so we wanted to share a quick reminder about our current policy.

To help us continue providing the best care possible to our furry clients while also taking care of our bodies, we are not currently accepting new large breed clients. This has been our policy for over a year now.

We will absolutely continue grooming all of our current large breed clients, and we are so grateful for your loyalty and support.

If you’re an existing client and are welcoming a new furry family member, please keep in mind that if your new addition is a large breed, we may not be able to take them on as a grooming client.

That said, every dog is unique! We are always happy to offer a free consultation, as some dogs that are considered large breeds may be on the smaller side and could still be a good fit for our salon.

Thank you all for your understanding and continued support. We truly appreciate being a part of your pets’ lives and look forward to caring for them for years to come.!

Happy 62nd Birthday to the woman who started it all!

Founder, dog whisperer, grooming legend… and apparently still not interested in retirement. 😂
After all these years, she’s still making dogs look their best, keeping us on our toes, and proving that age is just a number. We keep asking when she’s going to retire… she keeps taking more dogs instead. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Wishing you the happiest birthday and another year filled with laughter, puppies, and just enough dog hair to keep things interesting!

We love you and wouldn’t have it any other way. HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

Duke got the royal treatment today!

We put our brand new shampoo line to the test and went straight for our Double Coated Treatment to help loosen that packed undercoat.

This treatment included our specialty shampoo with a special additive, a deep conditioner, and a finishing spray designed to help detangle the coat and release loose undercoat.

It still took plenty of elbow grease and arm work, but wow, was it worth it! The scent was absolutely amazing, and the amount of undercoat that came flying out was unreal!
