We're almost out of supplies and the cold season is just starting...

Greetings!
I've been getting questions about how we (SBCS) are adapting to the Covid-19 pandemic and what we really do for our clients.

I don't advertise our cleaning services too much as we are fairly active via word of mouth, somewhat selective with our clients and we are 100% discrete about our client list as we value our client's privacy. If they want to chat about us, we leave it up to them ;)

That being said... to answer the original question.... we've adapted very well. We've tweaked our cleaning routine to better suite our clients stay at home schedule/needs, we've changed up some of our products to better suite the pandemic at hand, and we've welcomed a few new members to our team to ensure we can continue to help our original clients as well as the new ones we received when the bacteria hit the fan.

To get a wee bit more specific about what we do and how we do it...
• We customize the cleaning plan with the home owner to suit their needs. The plan can be modified at any time…even on the day we arrive.
• We offer flexible scheduling on a week-to-week basis. Emergency cleans are also offered to existing clients.
• We do our best to ensure the same team member cleans the home to offer a more familiar and personalized touch.
• In all homes our team uses a sanitizing solution to wipe down light switches, doorknobs, bathroom surfaces, and other commonly touched areas.
• We clean and sanitize the home using products that include certain registered disinfecting products and specific cleaning methods, such as mopping with microfiber mops, which have been proven to reduce bacteria.
• Our team members switch out all cleaning cloths between homes and thoroughly launder them between usage.
• Vacuums and mops do not leave our clients homes. We’ve purchased and stored a vacuum and mop kit for each client that did not have one to ensure there is no cross contamination.
• A disinfecting fogging machine has been purchased and added to the list of services we offer our clients.
• Each team member washes their hands with soap and water and use antibacterial hand sanitizer between homes.
• We are closely monitoring local health agencies for the most recent developments and following the guidance of government and public health officials.
• Our team is provided with masks and gloves for use while cleaning each home.
• Our team answers the government issued COVID-19 questionnaire each morning before starting their day. No team member goes into a home if they’ve answered yes to any of the questions until they have tested negative to a COVID-19 swab test. Other protocol is in place should a team member answer yes and or test positive for the virus…for more info on this, please contact me 😉
• We ask our clients to remain on opposite sides of the home or stay in one room, if they are unable to leave the home, while our team is inside. Physical distancing is always maintained.
