WHAT IS A SOFTWASH?
A “soft-wash” first uses a biodegradable solution to remove any biological elements such as Mold, Algae, Pollen, Dirt, Moss, etc. It is then washed down with a washing system that has a specialized low-pressure nozzle. This allows us to clean any surface such as a roofs, decks, patios, siding, brick, concrete, and more. We can remove any stains without damaging the surface, or harming any children/pets/plant life. This method lasts up to 6x as long as traditional pressure washing, uses ALOT less water (420 G per hour less), and will also maintain the paint and masonry longer.
